Diagnostics

Diagnostic testing for pets is crucial in identifying hidden health issues. We provide pet bloodwork, urine testing, fecal tests, and cytology to assess your pet’s health beyond what’s visible. Our mobile vet service in Ottawa ensures fast, stress-free in-home diagnostics, helping us detect and treat issues early.

Medication

Our mobile vet service comes equipped with a fully stocked veterinary pharmacy, allowing us to prescribe and dispense pet medications on the spot. This ensures your pet’s treatment starts immediately, without delays. If specialized medications are needed, we can special order prescriptions or collaborate with a compounding pharmacy to provide the exact formulation your pet requires.

Minor procedures

Our mobile vet team performs a variety of minor in-home procedures, including laceration repair, suture removal, wound debriding, small lump removal, and abscess draining. If a procedure isn’t listed, just ask! While we handle many treatments at home, surgeries requiring general anesthesia or a fully sterile environment must be referred to a trusted veterinary facility.

Referrals to specialists

If your pet requires specialty veterinary care beyond what we can provide, we help facilitate referrals to trusted specialists. This includes cardiology, ophthalmology, internal medicine, dentistry, and more. Our team ensures a smooth transition, connecting you with experts who can diagnose and treat more complex conditions.

A mobile clinic comes to your home to treat your pet instead of you bringing them to a clinic! Mobile clinics typically operate in one of two ways: in- home, or a mobile vet clinic truck/ van. The 100x Mobile Vet operates entirely in client’s homes to optimize the comfort of our patients. We find that pets do best when they can be examined and treated directly within their space, with no outside factors such as other patients, clients or even scents from strange pets stressing them out.
Yes! All of our vets are Doctors of Veterinary Medicine and are fully licensed to practice medicine in Ontario.
We accept debit, all major credit cards, AMEX, cash, and e-transfer. We do not accept payment plans at this time- all invoices need to be paid in full at the time of service.
A range map can be found on our website for each location, showing our regular range of service. If you are located outside of that range, don’t fret! We still come out to you, just for an additional fee. Give us a call for a quote for your area! *Please note- we are only licensed in Ontario and cannot practice in Quebec.

Nothing! We don’t require any special preparations for the team to come in- we can work wherever you and your pet(s) are most comfortable. And don’t worry about the stack of dirty dishes in the sink- we don’t judge!!

The team coming to your home carries a small pharmacy with them to be able to dispense medications at the appointment. If we don’t have it on us we will order it in. If you require a refill or a medication outside of an appointment, simply email in or fill out the medication refill page on our website, and allow our staff 24 hours to get back to you. We do ask that you give us a week heads up for refills as we occasionally need to order the medication in, which can take a few days. Medication can be picked up, or we can arrange delivery to your home for $25.
We can accomplish minor surgeries in home- ones that do not require a fully sterile environment or full anesthesia. Procedures such as small lump removal, laceration repair and biopsy are just some examples of surgeries our teams have taken on in-home. Procedures such as spay/ neuter, dentals or amputation we do refer to trusted partner clinics that have the appropriate facilities available. We also need to refer out for x-ray and ultrasound, but are very happy to facilitate that referral for you to make sure that process is quick and smooth, and that your pet receives the care they require.

The cost of an in-home pet visit is $279.90. This service ensures your pet receives personalized and attentive care in the comfort of your home, eliminating the stress associated with travel.
