Our team will reach out with an invoice. This confirms your consultation and allows me to review your case.
(The cost of telehealth is $119.90 plus tax)
Appointment Provided
I review everything personally and send you your appointment details, for a focused 30-minute telehealth consult where we review your videos, photos, water parameters, and full history — and build a clear plan forward.
Before you start
The more detail you give, the better I can help. Photos (and videos if possible) make a huge difference. Think of this like handing me your fish’s story before we meet.
You must be located within the province of Ontario in order to proceed with an appointment.

Once your form is submitted, you’ll be contacted by a member of the team and directed to complete the telemedicine fee. Please note that the email will be coming in from “The 100xMobile Vet or Chandroo Veterinary Housecall Services” – that’s still us!
What Happens Next
Once I receive your form and payment:
I review your case, give you a quick call to review and complete the medical records.
No guessing. No rushing. Just a plan.
If medications are required we will ship them to you within 1 business day, or they can be picked up from our home base in Kanata ON
If you still have questions/ concerns within 3 months of your case we offer rechecks for a discounted fee ($97.90)
